Shipping & Returns
All our orders are shipped via PostNL. Once the package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the track & trace code of the package. This makes it easy to track your order! We charge the following rates for sending our order:
- Shipments within the Netherlands: The costs for shipping and packaging are € 5.95 within the Netherlands. Within the Netherlands, no shipping costs are charged for orders above € 75.
- Shipments Germany & Belgium: The shipping costs to Belgium and Germany are € 9.50; free shipping above € 125.
- Shipments Europe: A fixed rate of € 12.50 applies for other countries in Europe.
- Shipments World: A fixed rate of € 25.00 applies to other countries outside Europe
We hope, of course, that everything is to your liking. Not satisfied with the purchase, we made a mistake or something was damaged, please check the return procedure.
You have the legal right to register a product for return within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After this notification you have 14 days to actually return the product. If you make use of your return right, we will refund the entire order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days of the return receipt. The costs for return to De Tingieterij are for the account of the consumer!
We make an exception to the right of return for certain items:
- If there are articles specially manufactured for you (custom products).
- Articles with a personal engraving provided by you.
What to do in case of return:
- Log in to your customer account, or create it on our website (bottom). Do this with the email address with which your order was also placed.
- Then go to "my orders" and click "view" behind the invoice from which you want to return goods.
- Press "Return items" at the bottom of the invoice and fill in all the information requested, then press "Send".
- Pack the goods carefully (shipping risk is for the buyer) in their ORIGINAL packaging. Then send it back to: De Tingieterij - Attn. Returns - Greffelingsestraat 25 - 6626 AP Alphen a / d Maas - Holland. Note: You must frank the package sufficiently.
- Once the package has been returned, we will process your return and you will be notified of the return status and we will send a credit note.
